We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents with high attention to detail.
  • Handle some incoming emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record management.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Some bookkeeping experience is required; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Experience with social media is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
Work Environment This is a hybrid/work from home role, offering flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating with the team as needed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using digital communication tools and managing their time effectively in a remote setting.

Compensation $30.00 per hour
